Great AC for the price. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the wireless app. That’s one of the main reason I bought it and it isn’t user friendly at all. The app has no way of using Fahrenheit instead of Celsius so you have to either learn Celsius or convert everything with an outside converter. This mini split is a very good product. It’s a 3 ton at a very good price. It works well and has heatair. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it needs to be installed by a professional. My husband is very diy, and he figured it out, but it’s harder than we thought. One thing you need to do is blow out the coolant lines, which again is usually done by a professional HVAC company. We got the canister to blow it out. I just wish the information given before I purchased, made skill more clear. Otherwise, great product.. Charlotte. Missouri. Sat Nov 23 2024
