Very thick! Well made it looks like but i havent gotten a chance to use it yet. The 2 smaller ones has a little bit of a yellow hue, not sure if this is normal but its not a stain. I absolutely just LOVE my new dishes. I seen these on the site and was really glad to see them. I already have the pasta bowl set. These are the perfect addition. I have All four patterns, that are beautiful, I’m so glad I didn’t have to choose just one . I received the mixed set so I have all four patterns to play with. They’re great for soups, salads, beef stew, anything that might have a little sauce with it. I’m so glad I ordered them. The dishes have a little weight to them but not too heavy! These are nice casserole dishes. Quite heavy and feel like good quality. They came packaged well and nothing was broken. I put a 2 cup Measuring cup next to them for size comparison. This casserole dish arrived quickly and was packaged so well that it was flawless. Love the deep blue color. It is thick and sturdy . The ribbing pattern adds a little flair to the dish ( although I may not love that when cleaning it in the future). It really is a full 5 quart and should work out well for almost any baking project....probably lasagna to start! If you’re looking for sturdy well made plates this is it. They’re heavy and durable. I love the design - which is raised. I ordered the 8.5 inch variety which is nice for small meals, salads or desserts. They wash well in the dishwasher too. The packaging was very secure and nothing arrived damaged.
