This scale is great!! I was going into the gym or the doctors office to get all of this information from their scales. This one provides all of the same important information on the scale itself and an easy to use app. You can track changes in you muscle mass, water weight, and body fat among other things. I will say this is a nice scale. I don’t love that you need an app to use it. All the things is tracks are nice but I would like it to work just like a regular scale too. I really like this scale. It provides a lot of detailed information—some of it was so in-depth that I had to look up a few terms to better understand them. Nice little digital scale. The usb charging is a game changer for me as I never seem to have the right batteries around when I need them.
