This water softening system is amazing. Bought it and it was delivered in 2 weeks from the United States. The only issue was I have the 3/4 pipe of my water main and the yoke connection of the system is 1” but by request they can supply 3/4 connectors. I’ve contacted Wayfair support and they got hold of manufacturer so it was delivered 3 days after the whole system. The installation process took 1 hour roughly. You just have to buy 5 feet PEX pipe, 3 ball valves, 2 female connectors (for pre filter), 2 of 12 inches long water heater connectors, 2 T-connectors, and 1 elbow (90 degree) . All of these are Push to Fit so you don’t need any professional skills to perform the job. Mind that I’m not a plumber! Starting up the system took almost 2 hours (regenerating process) by easy following owners manual. After that the water is wonderfully soft!. Anonymous. Sun Oct 06 2024

The filtration system came in two parts from quite a distance away. They took a while but they arrived safely from California to Ontario. Put the unit together easily following the instructions. Installed it in the same area as my previous filtration system using a pair of flex hoses and it has been working well for a few weeks without any issues. Only thing to mention is the first cycle that I put it through following the startup instructions and the water in the house was not the best tasting, after next cycle it was fine again.. Anonymous. Spent a lot of time researching for this. Many non-salt filters/softeners are so expensive to run. I liked that this has a pre-filter, but that the water is primarily run through a tank. Installation wasn't too bad.. I say that as if I put it in. Long story short, this has DRAMATICALLY reduced the scale in my home. we installed this water system about a year ago and noticed a drop in water pressure. We are kind of clueless when it comes to this stuff so we decided that it could be the filter ( which after reading should've been replaced at six months) . The filter was filthy disgusting oily rusty residue trapped inside . It was doing a fabulous job of keeping the crap out of our bodies.. I received the UV filter and found that it had 3/4" connections. I went to the website to check the connection size and discovered that the spec is not listed. I did not notice when purchasing so the mistake is on me. I will hold onto the filter until I have a use for 3/4 connections. Very disappointing that you feel the need to omit an important spec.. The high-quality Aquasure Extra Output Tool Kit includes everything you will need to quickly and easily connect a secondary output and drinking water filter such as a reverse osmosis system. It includes one Hydrofit quick-connect Tee-fitting, one Hydrofit quick-connect Shut-off ball valve, and 25 feet of Hydrofit food-grade poly tubing. The tee-fitting diverts the purified water between the alternative output source and primary output source giving access to both outlets. The ball valve can be used to shut off the flow of water to the alternative source when not required.

The plumber I hired to install the reverse osmosis system, used some of the parts in this kit to connect our already existing fridge water line, but not all of them, because the fridge hose already ran to our kitchen sink through the foundation.
