My "first" Rainfall Hand Shower arrived with a significant defect to the rt. edge of the shower head; in addition a "black watermark" covered a portion of the top right side. Your Customer Service Agent, SHELBIE went to work NOT on an EXCHANGE, but a Complete REPLACEMENT of the assembly. I, have still, NOT quite absorbed, THIS EXTRAORDINARY Customer Service, but the NEW assembly arrived, yesterday. The "black watermark" is on the left side of the top of the shower head, but can possibly be removed with the vinegar/water solution recommended. There is no additional defect & your Customer Service has been EXCELLENT. IT'S been a Very long time since my shower massage was replaced, & I am pleased with this bright, shiny new one. Thank you.
