I actually like this shower head better than my twice-the-price Waterpik! The actual shower head is plastic, not metal, so we'll see if it holds up long term, but I like that it's lighter to pick up. It is good for the price. It is light, it does have plastic parts. It works great for us, we got 2 and so far no issues.
