I loved this bar stool's industrial look, and especially the fact that it is height-adjustable! I wanted to be able to sit at my kitchen counter when my back pain is too severe to continue standing (spinal stenosis) and I also like to lower it to use as a surface for whipping cream or kneading dough, which is much more tiring at counter level. I think the item is well built and looks good. My problem is that I purchased it for a 60" table and although it holds the table up, the table is not really sturdy, it rock a bit when people lean on it. I am very disappointed and upset with myself for not sending it back right away. I don't know what I was thinking.
