Very nice materials and color. Strong and durable but a little squeaky when you step on them. Assembly instructions are pretty crude but they are fairly simple to assemble. Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway. I love the look, the materials seem quality, it's sturdy, and essentially everything I expected, however a slight word of warning, it's going to take a rubber mallet (or a piece of scrap wood and a hammer in lieu of a rubber mallet) and some serious elbow grease to assemble. Assembly of the pieces is pretty straight forward but more than likely you'll have to use a mallet or hammer to get the final piece tapped in and it's a tight fit.... which is good. It helps add to the sturdiness of the unit. Once you've accomplished that the real work begins. The legs or good quality metal. They aren't light and included is self tapping screws. Patience and elbow grease are going to be your friend. You might want to wrap the areas around it in tape before you start to secure the screws. We had the drill slip and it knicked the coating a couple of times. It's on the back so it won't be seen, but it was frustrating. Take it slow and lean into it is the best advice I can give to get through it. There are only 8 screws so its not too bad, but it can take awhile.. Danika. San Antonio, TX. Wed Jul 21 2021
