Dependable metal slats support will extend the life of your memory foam, latex or spring mattress without the need for a box spring. And you can DIY your own standard-sized headboard and footboard for this metal platform bed frame by using the reserved holes.

The frame seems pretty lightweight, but the person putting it together said it's sturdy. I ordered this for a guest bedroom, so it won't be getting daily use. I like the roominess under the bed allowed by the height of the bed frame, which makes it good for storage if you're inclined. The 14" tall frame gives about 12" of space under it. The slats have around 7" between them. I had a hard time finding this information when I was looking at the description.. Judy. Whiteland, IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

I absolutely love them. They didn’t take long to fully fluff up. Going to be buying more. I recommend that once you remove them from the plastic. Take off the top pillow case only so they fully expand.. Guadalupe. Tue Sep 01 2026
