I’m impressed with this Alva Neat Nested Ceramic Cookware Set. Have been making crepes for a long time but knew I didn’t have the proper pan for making them. I did a lot of searching online and so happy I found your company. I always struggled making that first crepe because it would stick pretty badly, but using this pan every crepe comes out perfectly and you don’t have to use a lot of butter. Very happy with it!. I like the heaviness of this mortar and pestle. I use it a lot. I am using it for smashing garlic, grinding cumin and other spices and herbs. I am learning other uses for this too. It is a good size. This is a great pan. It heats evenly and is completely non stick for easy clean up. I thought it was an odd shape but it's perfect for eggs, bacon and everything else you would make in a circular frying pan. My only problem is the handle. I couldn't figure out how to attach it properly so it's wobbly when I move it, like it feels like it's going to fall off. I like these pans a lot, they heat quickly, evenly and have a great non-stick finish (though I seasoned them when we first got them and dry them on the stove top with a little oil immediately after cleaning). I ordered this pot to replace one I had for ages. I liked the nice clean look of this. It arrived within days and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material, the balance of weight when handled. the slotted steam opening, and the incremental measurements inside the pot. The heat dispersed evenly around the bottom when cooking and I different feel there were hot spots. All in all I think this is a well made very easily handled piece of cookware.
