When the sensor detects an increase in moisture and condensation, it automatically switches the fan on to help remove unwanted moisture. The motion sensor/timer automatically activates the fan when it senses someone enters the bathroom. Aero Pure recommends that you set the timer for a minimum of 20 minutes. The fan will continue to operate if the humidity is greater than the preset RH setting. This fan is ETL/cETL listed for use in tub/shower enclosure to remove moisture right at the source before it becomes a problem in your bathroom when used with GFCI branch circuit wiring.
