I purchased this item for my granddaughter. Never opened original package until yesterday on Easter. I had put it in my home on carpet for 2 reasons. #1 being it was never opened and I wanted to make sure it was in perfect condition and #2- due to it being cool on Easter Evening I wanted to put inside. After it went up , I went around to feel that there was no leaks of air and there was in several places. Disappointed and would like to exchange for a new one to replace. I also purchased this bouncy castle for my 6 yr old granddaughters upcoming class birthday party for her . I am hoping Wayfair makes this right for me ! I purchased the 3 yr warranty. I feel I should be able to get a New Replacement as Easter was the 1st day of taking it out of the box. This bouncy castle is extremely nice, the slide is nicely oversized and the blowe was great, a little loud but would be perfect for outside but even inside was ok. Extremely quick going up , like 3 minutes and goes down well too. Came with a carrying bag, stakes for outside, extra patches and sew kit, also it has a bullseye game and comes with 2 balls. I loved how it looked and how big it was. My 6 yr old granddaughter did play in it as I couldn’t ruin her Easter but am hoping to get this problem resolved quickly and a New one sent out before her bday party in 2 weeks. If this is made right plan on ordering another castle for my other granddaughter. Thanks, Hope Only gave 4 stars due to air leaking, other than that I would give 10 stars if I could. Hope. Action Air the big house is a great name for this castle because there are so many levels and areas for the kids to play and discover. Tunnels, slides, climbing, ball targets, and ball pit. This jumping castle has it all and will have the kids amused all day.

I got this for my niece thinking it will be mediocre quality and be a huge pain to setup and take down… boy was I wrong. Set up honestly takes about two minutes and that includes the time it takes to get it out of the box. It inflates completely in about 45-60 seconds. Very high quality. It provided an entire morning of jumping fun with the neighbors and many more jumping sessions to come! Tear down takes about 4-5 minutes to deflate and put in the carrying bag.. Kristin. Absolutely love our new moon bounce! Small enough and easy enough to throw up quickly and easily any day! My kids were so happy to play on this. The quality is great and I don’t mind that there weren’t too many balls for the ball pit (less to pick up when we are done!).
