Shipping was really fast—it arrived just a few days after I ordered it. It was easy to put together, and the instructions were clear and straight forward Once assembled, it feels solid and sturdy, and we really like the way it looks. We’re looking forward to using the fireplace come fall and winter. It gives the room a warm, comfortable feel, and we were surprised by how much heat it puts out. Being able to adjust it with the remote is also a nice feature. I did add a small bracket to the fireplace insert and screwed it in place so it wouldn’t move around while I was moving the unit to find the right spot in the loft. It was an easy fix, but it’s something you may want to consider if you plan on moving it around or transporting it. Overall, we’re really happy with it.
