Great build quality and handles large, heavy monitors easily. However, the VESA plate didnt fit into the recessed mounting spot on my LG display. I bought two because I read the double monitor ones don’t always allow you to get both monitors side by side without a gap. I mounted them on 16” center studs, skipping between them and I have 17” curved Samsung monitors. I think this is an awesome product that is reasonably price. Shipping was quick as well. My only minor gripe is that it doesn’t come with a pole for pole mounting, nor did I see where I could buy one and how much. I planned on wall mounting anyway so nbd, but if you’re going to advertise it as both ways…at the very least there should be a link on the page of this product pointing you to where you can order the poles.. This is a great monitor arm. Easy to set up, very stable and sturdy, and it provides a ton of vertical adjustment. Setting the arm tension is a breeze, too. It had no trouble with my 32" monitor. It is a beast. Rock solid. I previously purchased the "Hinson Height Adjustable Universal Desk Mount by Symple Stuff", SKU: W001135193. I cannot put a review on it, because I returned it, however the Hinson product is definitely a decent monitor arm. It simply did not have the degree of height adjustment that I required. But in comparison to this Vivo model being reviewed, it was maybe not as good for a larger monitor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are reasonably nice monitor arms. I like the range of motion. There was minimal installation, although I recommend having two people. I had no problems using them with my Samsung monitor and my husbands Asus monitors. Because these are more weighted, they are pretty durable in comparison to other arms I've used in the past. The only issue might be because these are bulky, it can take up a lot of space with a small desk. Be cautious if you use them with a desk that has a shelf attached or other storage solutions.. Overall, I like it! It does shake a little, especially if you try to go over 2mph, but that doesn’t affect me since I’m using it to get some movement while I work- it’s not something I use when I’m working out. It’s easy to get on and off and the straps work well to keep it on the treadmill. One design flaw, I think, is the height adjustment. If you want to raise or lower your device you have to use the included Allen wrench. It should have some kind of locking button to make that easier. Also, the included wrench is pitiful!
