It took a lot of tightening to get the arm to not slowly go down from the weight of the monitors, but it finally got there and I'm really happy with this product! I wish the monitors were able to flex in and out instead of just up and down, but the number of pivot points in this whole contraption is sufficient. I bought two because I read the double monitor ones don’t always allow you to get both monitors side by side without a gap. I mounted them on 16” center studs, skipping between them and I have 17” curved Samsung monitors. I think this is an awesome product that is reasonably price. Shipping was quick as well. My only minor gripe is that it doesn’t come with a pole for pole mounting, nor did I see where I could buy one and how much. I planned on wall mounting anyway so nbd, but if you’re going to advertise it as both ways…at the very least there should be a link on the page of this product pointing you to where you can order the poles.. I looked and looked and looked for several weeks to find something that would work with how I wanted my setup. I kept coming back to mount-it because of the reviews and how well it was made. The only problem I had was my hutch was in the way and the arms were not long enough to wrap around inside the hutch if attached to the wall. I work in a manufacturing plant so I was able to talk to our drafter who made me an extension that sits on my desk and the part that is suppose to mount to the wall mounts to the sheet of metal.
