Wanted something different for in front of my booth at a trade show and this worked out perfectly. It's different enough to get noticed, not so big it obstructs traffic flow, and if I had an ounce of artistic talent, it would have an amazing design. But plain old lettering works great with the stencils that are included.. Bena. MA. Tue Sep 03 2024

We inserted the chalkboard deeply into the slot of the wooden frame, abandoning the original process of using the blackboard nailed to the surface of the frame, completely avoiding the problem of blackboard easy to fall off! Also, we added a layer of PU paper on the back of the blackboard, which is not only beautiful, but also keep moisture-proof. Heavy hinge and A-frame construction can withstand strong winds and prevent being blown over. Also, each corner of the wooden frame is reinforced with hardware accessories, which not only makes the whole blackboard more solid, but also prevents the four corners from being damaged by impact! The magnetic surface allow you to attach the pictures, menus, notes, and more! 40"x20" large double sided display also can get messages delivered toward two directions, attract more attention. Freestanding chalkboard can be easily folded for quick storage and portability. The actual sign design is decent but it unfortunately arrived damaged. A hole in the box and other dents in the packaging. The chalk board part of the sign was busted and a piece fell off. 3 of the 4 corners damaged and a screw missing. I opted to get replacement parts as I really need the sign for my daughter’s bridal shower in a couple of weeks so I truly hope the parts arrive in good condition and on time. If so I will be back here to write a great review. June 25th Well Wayfair customer service has been great but sadly my order came damaged again a second time when I ordered the replacement parts.A big hole in the box again. I do truly appreciate the 24 hour service to rectify the issue as I returned late from a trip the day it was delivered and received immediate assistance. We are trying one more time and they are sending out another replacement. Sending Fed ex to my front door to pick up the damaged item which I appreciate. Well…Fingers crossed. June 29th I am posting to review that I received the chalk board stand I ordered on the day I was told it would arrive without any more issues, no missing pieces and the packaging fully in tact and no damage to the item. I feel like Customer service heard me and made sure this 3rd time my order came here all together as it should be and quickly. This was the first time that I had issues with any product that I purchased from Wayfair. I have never had to return anything. Customer service was very good overall and tried their best to make things right. Appreciated that they responded to my complaints very quickly.. Natalie. Mon Jun 29 2026
