This product is made from high-quality, finely grained 100% natural cork. Cork is a durable, resilient material that recovers quickly from tack or pinholes. Choose from a range of sizes for this unframed cork panel. This product is environmentally safe. The cork surface is bought from Europe. There, cork oaks are first stripped of their bark only when they are 15 - 20 years old. Horizontal and vertical cuts are done to remove the outside bark so that it does not harm the inner bark of the tree. This allows a useful life of more than 150 years for each tree.
