Beyond horrible. It’s not a real chalkboard. I opened the box to a lovely looking “chalkboard” only to discover that it cannot be written on with chalk. It’s a decorative item made to look like a chalkboard, but isn’t one. Not made clear in the item description. When I complained via the online chat I was told I should have known it wasn’t functional because the description said it was decorative and intended to be hung on a wall. I said, yes… I thought it was a decorative “chalkboard” to be hung on the wall. Hence being called a chalkboard. Not so. I then called customer service and a lovely lady helped to resolve the issue by giving me a full refund. I appreciated the situation being remedied.
