The lightweight material makes it easily portable, so you can move your puzzle out of the way when not in use or transfer to a different location to continue your puzzle in another room. The board helps to transport and save your unfinished puzzle. Please keep in mind, not all puzzles have the same dimensions even if they have the same number of pieces, check the size of your completed puzzle to ensure it will fit on the board. Received the bulletin board...due to an office renovation didn't put it up right away. When we did put it up, it was missing the tempered glass altogether. So it doesn't function fully.
