Customers find the product useful for various applications, such as organizing home offices and as a backboard for games. The material is described as sturdy and smooth, with some noting it's good for puzzle boards. However, many reviews highlight concerns about the product's thinness, leading to difficulties in pushing pins and a tendency to crack or tear easily, especially during unrolling. Durability is also a concern, with some users reporting it falls apart. Opinions on value are mixed, with some finding it a good thickness and others wishing it were thicker.
