Bought this for the office to display company info/compliance and then use the chalkboard side to do themes for the employees. However, no one stated that this board should be "seasoned" if you do not want chalk markers to ruin it. I am not sure if that would have prevented it, but after two uses there is severe ghosting even after scrubbing at the board with a bunch of different cleaners. Other than that, the board was fine, nothing special...I painted the wood details white to look more modern.

This board is great. The quality is there to justify the price and the size is just what I need for my child’s room.
