Customers generally find the product visually appealing, with many praising its appearance and the functionality of the LED headboard and bookcase storage. The assembly process is frequently described as easy, with clear instructions. However, there are significant concerns regarding the quality of the materials, with many reviews noting that the product is cheaply made and not very sturdy. The storage drawers are a common point of dissatisfaction, with customers reporting issues such as them being flimsy, not on rails, difficult to open and close, and not well-constructed.
