The color on this is a nice dark red, but for some reason I cannot get a super accurate color shot, although these are fairly close. The first picture was taken 'outside' on a sunny but cloudy day, and the second picture was indoors. The reason for the lower score is that this "quilt" cosists of two layers of the red fabric and a very thin layer of some type of iron on pelon. There is no actual quilting stitches on this. You get the appearance of a quilt based on the small holes stamping the three layers togther. Unfortunatly, you can see the white color pelon through the holes which kind of ruins the look for me. (See photos) It is pretty lightweight, and I was hoping for slightly heavier, but it's for summer which gets in the triple digits areound here, so it might be fine at this weight. When I first opened this package there was a slight chemical odor, and the fabric was very stiff. I took a chance and ran it through the washer & dryer, which elimiated all odor and softened the fabric considerably. Based on reviews for multiple quit covers, I purchaed a king size to fit a queen bed. I prefer some draping around the sides of the bed, and enough to pull over all the pillows we have, so I order larger sizes often. Only bad thing about this, is two of the shams is for a king sized pillow which I do not have. I think I can take them in later though. I thought this 'pretend' quilt was a little overpriced, but if it hold up well through multiple washings, and the pelon does not seperate from the fabric, since it is not stiched together, it will be worth it.. Lorri. Galt, CA. Tue Jun 02 2026

The quilt captures the spirit of rustic elegance, resonating with the breathtaking landscapes of the Appalachian region. Deep burgundy brown, dark red, and pecan brown hues evoke the earthy tones of the natural world, while gold and faded teal accents add a touch of refinement. The crisp white elements lend a sense of balance, ensuring your bedroom remains a serene oasis of tranquility. Includes a quilt and 2 shams. Machine wash, tumble dry.

This is a nice weight quilt and it seems to be of good quality. I expected it to be dark, but I didn’t expect it to be so red and green. The first thing I thought of when I unpackaged it was Christmas. The photos were a bit more muted. I guess I’ll keep it but I could be happier.. Bonnie. Glendive, MT. Wed Jul 29 2026

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely in love with this quilt! We knew we needed this quilt set the second we saw it! We actually went searching everywhere for it and somehow managed to snag one of what seemed to be the very last ones available, and Wayfair was the only place we could still find it. I think they are pulling it off the shelves for good! So glad we found it when we did! We’ve only had it for a few days, but we are completely in love. The 100 cotton feels wonderful and has that perfect substantial quilt feel without being overly heavy. It’s been warm and cozy on chilly nights, but still breathable and comfortable when the night is warmer. It really is the perfect in-between bedding. And the COLORS! They are absolutely gorgeous in person. The warm creamy background, rich reds and pinks, beautiful muted blue, soft yellows, greens and earthy brown details all work together so beautifully. It has such a charming vintage, collected feel and adds so much warmth and character to our bedroom. There are so many colors within the pattern that it’s incredibly easy to coordinate with other furniture and decor without everything needing to match. The quality feels wonderful, it lays beautifully on the bed, and the matching shams finish everything off perfectly. Festive, embroidered red berries form a wreath in the center and a garland on all four sides for a botanical look. Plus, this quilt features scrolled stitching for texture and visual appeal. Designed with the holidays in mind, but versatile enough for the entire winter season, this quilt is machine washable for easy care.

Love the quality, design, and red color looks vibrant. Spread goes about 16 1/2 inches down on each side of bed. Wish it was easier to find the other throw pillows you show in your ad with this bedding. Will probably keep this quilt on the bed even after the holidays.. Shelly. Orlando, FL. Fri Jan 05 2024

A perfect accent to your bedroom with this conventional solid color oversized bedspread. Designed with classic quilted patterns with the weight and feel of a quilt. Long enough to cover your mattress while adding an extra element of style and layer to your bed. Ideal for year-round use, this lightweight bedspread is a great stand-alone bed covering piece in warmer weather or as a decorative addition in cooler weather.

It's thin, really thin, but works for summer and layering. Kim. Yardley, PA. Tue Jul 07 2026
