I would have given it 5 stars because I really like the product, but they “eco” packaged it. That means according to them they are saving on packaging to be green. I normally wouldn’t have a problem with that, but it was only put in a plastic mailer bag. By the time it was delivered to me it had holes in the bag and I could touch the unwrapped mattress pad through the holes.
