This is a nice soft comforter, about medium in thickness. I'd say it is suitable for use most of the year, with exception of the hottest summer days where it might be considered a bit too warm by some. The quality of materials is very good, and the pattern and ruffles make it quite attractive. The surface is nice and soft to the touch, there's no plastic-like cheap feel to it. Two pillow cases were included as well. This is a nice comforter, and a great addition to our bedding rotation.. Kory. MN. Wed Sep 09 2026

Here is what may be helpful to know about this king size comforter set * the fabric is very soft, almost like a velvet with long fibers. * it launders beautifully! It came out even softer from the dryer, and so much bigger that I couldn’t believe it fit into that tiny package in which it came! * when this comforter set arrived, and I took it out of the package, there was no odd or chemical smell. * I put it in the dryer on the warmest setting, and there was hardly any lint in the lint filter. So I won’t need to worry about shedding. * this came in a three-piece set one comforter, two pillow shams. * the pillow shams have a somewhat narrow envelope style closure. But it is ample enough to keep the pillow in and to cover the end of it, so I did not deduct a star from the review for that. * this is certainly a winter season level of warmth! So cozy! BOTTOM LINE this comforter set is so soft and warm and cozy! It launderers well, and looks great. I highly recommend it!. Patricia. Montoursville, PA. Thu Sep 24 2026

The ridged texture across the top side is reminiscent of the lines you'll sometimes see on a glacier. Plus, the gray color with white peppered in gives the Glacier Frost Coma Inducer its frosty look. Maybe we've lost our minds here at Coma Inducer or maybe we've always had a couple of screws loose??? But we've become obsessed with thick. Seriously though, who likes a weak comforter? Does anyone enjoy getting a comforter vacuum smushed in a box that looks like a flat sheet and comes with instructions to shake it out and wait 4 days. And, after those 4 days are up, it's still so thin you wonder if you actually were sent a flat sheet? The thought of such a comforter makes us sick! Sure, it's harder to create, produce, and ship such impossibly Huge comforters that are "thicker than thick"... but isn't that the whole point? With the amount of hours we sleep (or should sleep) each night, it should be a crime to have a flat sheet-like comforter. Our Thicker Than Thick Coma Inducer consists of 1200 GSM of thick, pure goodness. Overly thick filling combined with cozy soft plush creates a deep sleep experience like no other. Thicker Than Thick will provide a warmth and comfort that our written explanation alone cannot do justice!
