These are sham pillow cases. The pillow is not included. The quality of these cases is amazing. They are truly quilted and have lovely threaded swirls all over in addition that make a nice texture. There are also matching quilts available, under the Donna Sharp Kentucky original brand, “Sienna sham.” If I had known, I would have ordered one, instead of a similarly patterned quilt.
