Gel infused shredded memory foam combines the best of both worlds to provide you with the best sleep possible. Memory foam can retain body heat, resulting in a pillow that is too warm in the middle of the night. Infusing gel into the memory foam fibers solves this issue because the gel stays below your body temperature, providing you with a continuous cooling effect that will help you sleep more peacefully!

I find this ergo pillow comfortable for back and side sleeping because of the hollowed out areas positioned perfectly for your head and neck. It is uncomfortable if you’re lying on your back reading because if you lower the book or phone that you’re looking at your head has to lean forward to read or you have to keep your head flat into the pillow contour and your arms get so sore holding the book or phone.
