So far so good, we love our split king adjustable bed. It was easy to set up took about 10 minutes to unpackage and screw in bed legs, so a total of 20 minutes for both beds. The hard part was carrying both boxes up to our second floor. Boxes were heavy need at least 2 people to carry. The bed massage works great we bought 12 inch mattresses and can feel it. It came with 2 separate remotes to control each side independently. Overall would recommend this adjustable bed. Amazing adjustable bed and great price, it also has massage feature but it’s just vibration, does feel nice for the moment but the vibration can be felt and heard from the floor, maybe adding a rug would help but another then that it’s great and the motors are quiet. We were interested in purchasing an adjustable bed for some time, but put it off due to the cost. I found this bed on Wayfair that was similar to one we saw at a furniture store for approximately the same price. We purchased the split king, and let me tell you, this bed has been a game-changer! It has all the bells and whistles. It provides features like zero gravity, multiple massage settings, underbed lighting, etc. But our favorite feature is the voice-activated commands. We don’t have to look for the remote in the dark, but can speak to our bed and tell it what we want! Wayfair offered several different forms of financing for this purchase, which worked for us. So far we are really pleased. It took a minute to find the perfect mattress (firm, plush, etc.), but that was comfort, not quality. Shipping was not awesome, as the product was lost and delayed repeatedly but again, that has nothing to do with the product itself. The base works as it’s supposed to and fits nicely in our existing King bed frame. I’m reviewing this based on about 3 days of usage. There are few reviews on this product so I wanted to contribute one! - It is insanely heavy. We bought the queen and were lucky that our master bedroom has a door to the outside, and the delivery guys managed to leave the box in exactly the perfect orientation for where it was going to go. It took 3 of us to place it into our wood, four-sided platform bed, though two strong people could do it. - The setup truly was dead easy other than the weight. Screwing on the legs and plugging in the power box was super fast. I ended up clipping the power cable into the existing cable clips underneath to reduce the opportunity for Roomba to tangle with it. - The motor truly is extremely quiet. You can’t hear it changing positions. - The changes in position are very smooth but aren’t very fast, which is good if you’re in the bed already, but it’s a little slow if you adjust it before you get in. That’s not a problem, though. - I bought it primarily for the tilt function. While it doesn’t tell you how many degrees you’ve tilted it with the remote, I like that you can save your settings on the remote. That way, we can sleep at the same tilt level each night. - The massage functionality probably should have been left off. We made a lot of Magic Fingers jokes since it really doesn’t transfer motion through our heavy Saatva latex mattress other than vibration. Maybe it would do more with a less dense mattress? - The tag inside the bed lists MotoMotion as the company that made the bed. I had concerns about buying this bed with so little info about the company out there. If something broke, would the warranty even be upheld? The URL listed in the paperwork with the box is dead (ergopedic.net). I didn’t try the 1-800 number for the California marketing company, MB & G Marketing in Indio. But knowing that this was manufactured by MotoMotion gives me a little piece of mind about potential availability of parts since MotoMotion is a big company. - It off-gassed quickly. I had concerns about VOCs negatively affecting me. The first day after opening the box released a bit, but they dissipated quite quickly and there was no noticeable odor after that. The framework itself was beautiful when you opened it up. The only thing you had to do was attached to legs. As far as working it operates beautifully. We love it since the day we put it in we went with a 14 inch mattress on top of it because we wanted a little bit more cushion with the foam and it raised the bed up about 2 1/2 inches so it was easier for us at our age to slide out of bed instead of sitting up and standing up overall very good quality for the purchase.
