Gel infused shredded memory foam combines the best of both worlds to provide you with the best sleep possible. Memory foam can retain body heat, resulting in a pillow that is too warm in the middle of the night. Infusing gel into the memory foam fibers solves this issue because the gel stays below your body temperature, providing you with a continuous cooling effect that will help you sleep more peacefully!

Agreed to have resend (and return wrong product). Once received the replacement, yet again they sent the STANDARD size. When contacted support AGAIN, they asked me to give more details of why I was not satisfied. Also would not have been able to get refund if I had opened plastic (even though its completely Wayfair fault). PLEASE check your size BEFORE opening plastic if you order King. Now I have to take time to find a FedEx drop off to return both incorrect items before my refund is released to my account (7-10 days AFTER they receive process return).
