It took three times to get a completed set in good condition. This was more of a warehouse issue I think. The first two sets that shipped to me had extreme water damage to the comforters. Like they had gotten wet and got mildew and dried like that. By the time the third set was mailed and got to me, it was clean. I was able to piece a set together. Once that happened I loveeeee the set. I am very happy with it and have been using it for almost a year now and it is holding up very good. I have also washed it a couple times and looks nice still.. This is my favorite brand of portable air conditioners. This is my 3rd one. I bought this for my son’s room and if we close all the doors and draw the shades, it cools the whole house. We live in the Pacific NW and could’ve used it during the heat wave but happy to have it now and when the next one hits. Hopefully it won’t. And to my surprise, it also has a heater.
