While the rayon topper is very comfortable and easy to wash in a standard household washer, the memory foam was too stiff for me and hurt my hips. I ended up putting the new foam, our old foam, and then the pillow topper. After that it was extremely comfortable and has plenty of depth for my hips to sink in and still have support.
