I have very sensitive, dry skin and usually prefer bedding with a soft, silky feel so that my skin does not catch against the fabric. For that reason, this duvet cover is not my personal favorite. The material has a somewhat inexpensive feel and also tends to trap heat, which I do not like. However, it has washed very well, which was extremely important to me, and for the price it works perfectly well in my guest room. It is comfortable enough and does the job as an everyday duvet cover set. This is a great duvet cover! It fit my new 98x98 insert perfectly, and it’s so nice having a queen duvet cover that doesn’t feel undersized because it was meant to also work on a full bed. This cover washed well and dried well on the lowest heat setting, but it did need to be pulled out and rearranged over a couple cycles. Remove it asap to avoid wrinkles. It’s very soft and looks high quality. There are internal ties on all 4 corners, plus one on the center of each side. I machine washed on cool and dryer on 2 delicate cycles and it came out fine, no shrinkage or wrinkles. The pillow shams are large enough for a 6.4 inch thick Tempurpedic dual cooling pillow and has an inside envelope feature to hide pillowcase ends.
