This is a nice, heavy, beautifully detailed duvet cover. It’s made of screen printed heavy linen so there is a texture to it’s feel. It washes well and keeps its true colors of green, pale green, dark gray and light gray each and every time. The zipper enclosure and four ties keeps the duvet insert in place giving the bedding more of a comforter feel. It’s works well with the tropical theme of the room and looks expensive. Ticking Stripes is as classic as it gets when it comes to home textiles. Although it comes from humble beginnings, Ticking Stripes are no longer utilitarian and have found their place in modern design intending to evoke a homespun or industrial aesthetic.

I looked for some time for the perfect duvet cover and just couldn't find anything I likes. Was trying for a bit of a old-time/country/industrial look and nothing felt right until I found this one. It's perfect - goes well with my black and white scheme without being too significant of a patter. Great back drop of whatever else I want to do. It's nice and heavy - workmanship is great. Feels like it's going to last for a long time, which is good, because it was definitely on the higher side of what I was planning on spending, but think it will be worth it in the long run. Took a little longer to get, but it says it was made to order, which I believe after getting it. Washed up very well, a little stiff to start, but much softer after the first wash. Love it!. The duvet is gorgeous but the box is ginormous and Federal Express will not deliver it to your front door. This was extremely difficult for me given my back issues trying to get the box into the elevator and all the way down the hallway to my apartment. Upon calling Wayfair they state it’s not their policy to deliver to your front door. This will be the LAST TIME I will be ordering from Wayfair! I’m too old to be struggling with huge boxes of this weight and dimensions. Beyond unacceptable! They then insulted me by offering me a 10% discount on my next purchase until the end of the year, 12/31/23. That won’t be happening. I was a longtime customer. Goodbye.. Julie. Los Angeles, CA.
