I love myself a nice, firm mattress - if that isn't your thing, this one might not be for you! But I have found it exceptionally comfortable over the last many nights that I have been sleeping on it. Set-up is a breeze. I did give it the full 72 hours to fully inflate before putting it to use, and I love that they give you all of the tools you'll need to unbox this neatly and have it ready-to-go relatively quickly!. Emily. North Berwick, ME. Thu Sep 17 2026

This cooling gel memory foam mattress features a layered design that brings balanced support to your home. The contouring foam adapts to your body's weight and movement, relieving key pressure points for a restful night. Gel infusions work alongside a breathable fabric cover to pull excess heat away from the surface. Motion-isolating layers help minimize disruptions, keeping sleep uninterrupted even if your partner shifts. Plus, it arrives compressed in a box for simple setup.

The photos were before it puffed up to its full size! I absolutely think for the price this mattress is great. I like a firmer mattress but also I know that over time it will eventually get less firm like the brand new bed it is and it will still be comfortable! This is my second bed from Wayfair and always glad to purchase through them!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

This firm hybrid mattress delivers balanced support through a combination of responsive coils and cushioning foam layers. Designed with a firm feel, it provides a stable sleep surface that helps promote proper alignment while minimizing excessive sink. A breathable design encourages airflow throughout the mattress for added comfort. Plus, the hybrid construction combines pressure-relieving comfort with dependable support.

Great quality mattress, giving it four stars only because, while the title indicates firm, the description on the sight rates it right in the middle of plush and firm-exactly at medium, which is what I wanted. I was able to buy a topper and I actually love that I have the firm support for my lower back and a little squish on top for comfort. The mattress is very well made, no sagging off the side of the bed when sitting, it didn’t have much of a smell when unboxing, fully “inflated” and aired out for a few days as instructed before easily plopping it onto the Wayfair foundation I bought to match!. Crystal. Springfield, IL. Wed Oct 14 2026

I’m really happy with this mattress! The medium-firm feel is perfect, not too hard and not too soft and the 14-inch thickness gives it a nice, supportive feel. Got this mattress in a twin size and it is very nice and tall! Firm and good quality but very soft top cushion. My son loves it! The sides are a little easy to collapse and roll off if you’re squishing up close to the edge. Heavy and good quality.. Amelia. Hortonville, WI. Thu Sep 03 2026

King (76"x80") – Spacious comfort for couples, tall sleepers, or pet owners. Still unsure? Most couples love our—the perfect balance of support and comfort!

We got the 14" mattress. I love the 800+ individually wrapped springs, and the fact that it is fiberglass-free, and has CertiPUR-US foam, and OEKO-TEX certification. The mattress also feels really nice and supportive, but also very cushiony on sore joints. I do not think the " reinforced edge support" is anywhere near as supportive as the "integrated mattress edge support" our last mattress from Wayfair featured. The last one we had was the Wayfair Sleep Medium Hybrid Mattress, and you could sit on the side of that one without it sinking down more than just a tiny bit. I liked that feature a lot as it gives you a more stable surface to sit on to put on shoes, etc. Thankfully we have a bench at the end of our bed, because this mattress edge sinks down quite a bit on the edge. (And NO, I have not gained weight since we had the last one.) My husband and I both miss that extra structure at the edges of the old one, but this mattress does feel very nice. Overall we are happy with our purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if it had had the same edge support as the previous mattress. Update: It's now been 5 months that we have been sleeping on this mattress and it is sagging. I wish I'd never bought it. We rotate our mattress every 4 months. We are not obese people, and frankly even if we were, the mattress is supposed to support 880lbs, and my husband and I aren't even half that added together. Don't buy this mattress.... Sherri. Jefferson City, TN. Tue Sep 29 2026

I just unboxed this mattress. It came packaged in one box that was heavy but also very easy to bring into my house and into the bedroom. The mattress itself looks super thick and feels very comfortable. it also feels like the mattress itself absorbs some of the movement so it’s not super bouncy. Another thing I love is that it’s on the thicker side which means that on a platform bed I don’t have to have a boxspring to raise the height of the bed. Kristy. West Chester, PA. Thu Oct 15 2026

I am in love with this mattress! It arrived very quickly and was packaged well. I was surprised at how heavy it was so you might need two people or a dolly for help. As soon as the suction was cut it filled up immediately and I slept on it within a few hours. It is so comfortable and much better than I hoped for. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022
