I have very sensitive, dry skin and usually prefer bedding with a soft, silky feel so that my skin does not catch against the fabric. For that reason, this duvet cover is not my personal favorite. The material has a somewhat inexpensive feel and also tends to trap heat, which I do not like. However, it has washed very well, which was extremely important to me, and for the price it works perfectly well in my guest room. It is comfortable enough and does the job as an everyday duvet cover set. This is a great duvet cover! It fit my new 98x98 insert perfectly, and it’s so nice having a queen duvet cover that doesn’t feel undersized because it was meant to also work on a full bed. This cover washed well and dried well on the lowest heat setting, but it did need to be pulled out and rearranged over a couple cycles. Remove it asap to avoid wrinkles. It’s very soft and looks high quality. There are internal ties on all 4 corners, plus one on the center of each side. It’s what I expected! I bought in 2 different colors. I do not care about the wrinkles in it my kids are young and don’t care. It is very light weight and fluffy that’s all my kids wanted. I did wash them first before I put them on. There wasn’t a smell but you should always wash bedding before laying in it. I love the versatility of this comforter. Maybe I’m easily intrigued lol but I’ve never had a reversible comforter before. Especially not one made with bamboo. It’ll be hard to choose which side to use. I may end up switching them weekly. The taupe color is exactly how it looks in the photos. The chocolate color is so chic.
