Funny story, sent the first one back cuz I thought it didn’t have a control panel. Didn’t realize you turn it on by a little placket on the blanket itself. Very fast on sending a new one and sending paperwork for easy return. You might want to tell people that this blanket has a different turn on system. Lynn. Lakeside, AZ. Thu Apr 18 2024
