It’s what I expected! I bought in 2 different colors. I do not care about the wrinkles in it my kids are young and don’t care. It is very light weight and fluffy that’s all my kids wanted. I did wash them first before I put them on. There wasn’t a smell but you should always wash bedding before laying in it. I love this comforter set! I got the king size for my queen bed for the extra coverage. It is very soft and warm…I keep my bedroom very cool in the winter. I needed an extra blanket with my previous comforter in the winter…but not this year! I wasn’t a fan of the purplish pillow, but I had a white ruffled pillow that works perfectly with the black one..
