[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are decent towels. They drape nicely, seem durable, are 100% cotton, absorb water well, and don’t seem prone to fraying. However, they are pretty rough and definitely not as plush as I was hoping. In fact, they are quite thin. They work as intended but are not a luxury item.. Sierras. Thu Oct 01 2026

These towels are very soft and pretty. They are thin, which I like because they dry quickly - and with the Florida humidity, that's important. I also like the tabs for hanging and that they are really long, which makes it nice to wrap around you.. Dj. Lakeland, Florida. Thu Sep 17 2026

The other reviews mentioned how thin the towels were, these are decorative towels that aren’t meant to be used as towels for bathing for that reason the quality was fine.. Denise. Lorain, OH. Thu Aug 06 2026

17 Stories Inc. was founded in 1996 and established in the beginning of 1997. 17 Stories's mission is to preserve the look and touch of many generations back "Grandma's magnificent tablecloth," while focusing at the same time on easy care, durability, and very aggressive pricing, and they are proud to have accomplished their goals and objectives well beyond their expectations and have ever since enjoyed a sterling reputation among their thousands of customers. They are soft to the touch and become even softer after the first wash. Our ultrasoft, ultra-absorbent hydrocotton towels are specially woven for maximum absorbency. A unique process leaves the yarns untwisted, creating greater surface area. Plush and thick from the start, these towels only get softer and better with time, especially if you forego fabric softeners and dryer sheets, which can compromise absorbency. This pack of hand cloths is a popular and economical choice when stocking your dorm room, home bathroom, or beauty care business. Each hand cloth is extra absorbent and practical for facial care, washing, or hand drying. The 2-ply terry cotton cloth fabric features optimal softness and long-lasting quality. Professionally hemmed edges are carefully graded for quality control and product durability. Towels are very absorbent and will remain soft after multiple wash and dry cycles. Terry cotton for maximum softness and super absorbency, 600 and plus grams per square meter. Provides ultimate softness and absorbency. Quality ringspun terry cloth for lasting luxury. And will even get softer over time. Perfect for bathing or lounging. Specially processed to resist shrinking and retain color.
