I'm really pleased. It looks great in our guest bathroom. Capacity is good and quality seems good. One star off because the wood has a large, thin crack in it, but I can hide it by turning it to the back.. Debbie. Springfield, VA. Thu Sep 03 2020

It does look better in the picture than it does in hand. I gave it a 4 because it came very quick which I wasn't expecting and it was the closest fit for complimenting my bathroom. Also, I had read the reviews and a couple of the comments said that it didn't look as good as the picture. Another one said that it looked like it was painted (it does)and one that said the dispenser was plastic. I was expecting the dispenser to be plastic but it was the pump and it works fine. Had I not read the reviews, I would have given it a lower review due to look and price. The price was high in my opinion but It was the closest match like I said. I bought the tissue box, soap dispenser and the trash can.. Kristen. Rochester, NY. Wed Sep 16 2020
