So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

It feels like you’re sleeping on a large foam pillow. Shipping was fast. The only down side is the fact that I ordered a 14inch mattress and this one only measures at 12.5 to 13 but it’s not a huge issue to me since it still matched great with my bed. Jasmine. Usillinois. I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

This mattress is nice, soft, and comfortable overall. However, for a mattress advertised as medium firm, it is definitely softer than I expected. As someone who suffers from chronic back pain, I was hoping for something with a little more firmness and support. While the softness may be perfect for someone who prefers a plush mattress, it doesn’t provide the level of support I personally need for my back. Overall, it’s a nice mattress, but I would recommend considering a firmer option if you have back issues or need additional support.. Jessica. Wed Oct 28 2026
