This mattress is nice, soft, and comfortable overall. However, for a mattress advertised as medium firm, it is definitely softer than I expected. As someone who suffers from chronic back pain, I was hoping for something with a little more firmness and support. While the softness may be perfect for someone who prefers a plush mattress, it doesn’t provide the level of support I personally need for my back. Overall, it’s a nice mattress, but I would recommend considering a firmer option if you have back issues or need additional support.. Jessica. Wed Oct 28 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

This Medium Hybrid Mattress masterfully combines two foundational comfort technologies: the adaptive cushioning of high-density foam and the resilient support of innerspring coils. The top comfort layer utilizes premium high-density foam that provides consistent contouring and pressure relief, working in harmony with a core of individually wrapped pocket springs. These springs offer targeted support and promote proper spinal alignment by distributing weight evenly. Complementing this dual-core design is a breathable 3D soft-knit fabric cover, which enhances airflow and moisture-wicking for a cooler, more comfortable sleep surface.

I was gonna go to Costco and then I read the review. I was really concerned about the smell. The smell there is no smell at all. I was going to try to lay on it before the 2448 hours, but I waited as I see the edges are a little hollow, but they’re not as bad as the reviews that I read This bed is incredible and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I can’t wait to put my bed together, but I will show you how it looks while it’s on the ground because I have to put my bedframe together. Honestly, this was one of my bestie’s.. M. Davis.
