First and foremost, Fast Shipping to me in the boonies. Second, not too sure what there is to say about a pillow, but it is about 6 thick and super fluffy when it is done inflating. Can sleep with my arm under it and not cut off the circulation with my head, and from the top side I cant feel my arm below. In other words the pillow does not distort and the the memory foam is so far so good. Only recommendation, if your pillow case is a standard case, your pillow will slide away from the case during the night. Get a zipped, button, crossover, or tuck-able pillow case to secure it..
