We invented a unique pillow-in-pillow design that's built to satisfy all sleepers. The Casper original pillow is both soft and supportive, so you don’t have to pick one or the other. We slept on over 60 different kinds of pillows from around the world to find the best fill types. The original pillow is filled with nearly a billion microfibers, so it is adaptive and will respond to your movements throughout the night. The outer pillow is a 100% cotton breathable percale weave. It increases airflow so you’re always sleeping cool. The original pillow is machine washable and dryable.

These Casper pillows are the best pillows Ive ever bought. I love a firm pillow but not hard!! My second purchase replacing other pillows.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 02 2026

Plush, down-like comfort comes with a more considered approach to materials in the Down Alternative Pillow. Its GRS-certified microfiber polyester fill offers a soft, resilient loft that creates a comfortable, supportive feel without traditional down or feathers. A 330 thread count cotton sateen shell adds a smooth, refined finish, while double-stitched edges with braided piping reinforce the construction and give the pillow a polished, tailored appearance. OEKO-TEX and Global Recycled Standard certifications add verified standards for materials and production, while filling in the USA reflects the attention given to the finished product. The result is a plush, thoughtfully constructed pillow that brings together comfort, refined materials, and a more considered approach to recycled content.

Additionally, the fill conforms to the natural curve of the neck, providing comfortable support for side, back, and stomach sleepers alike, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.Reinforced stitching prevents fill leakage, while high-quality materials ensure the pillow maintains its shape for the long term. It is fully machine washable for easy freshness, and any slight temporary odor (a natural trait of premium materials) fades quickly with ventilation. Each pillow set comes for worry-free after-sales support. After unboxing, simply shake or pat the pillow and allow 48 hours for it to regain its maximum fluffiness.

Larger than a regular pillow so you need a special pillowcase but the pillow itself is fantastic. Kathleen. Boonton, NJ. Thu Aug 27 2026

This plush, Plush pillow is made with microfiber fill, a high-quality polyester designed to mimic the properties of down. Microfiber traps less air than down and is a tad denser, so it does provide a bit more support than natural down. One benefit of a synthetic pillow is that it can be machine washed at home, given your machine is quite large and you wash/dry on a low heat setting. Natural down and feather are sensitive to moisture, but polyester is not! Plush Support is a flatter-style pillow perfect for front or back sleepers who need gentle support.

Good pillow. Was just hoping for a tad more firmness. Thought the gusset would enable that, but feels just like a regular pillow.. Anonymous. Tue Jul 14 2026
