I bought two of these for a pop-up trundle bed for guest use since it claimed to join into a king size bed. That is a different story. These mattress came vacuum-sealed and expanded to almost full size by the time I got the plastic off. The topper is nice material and can be zipped off for easy cleaning. I gave the mattresses about two days to fully expand and was surprised at how firm they are. Most "firm" mattresses are not very firm; however, I weigh just under 200lbs and I sunk in about a half-inch. It is a soft kind of firm, not a hard, cheap couch kind of firm. My wife laid on the top one and she was equally, pleasantly surprised. That says a lot, coming from her, as she has a bad hip and is very particular when it comes to mattresses. I do not believe you will find a better mattress in this price range and I would even venture that these out-match ones that are much more expensive. Very please with this purchase.. Chris. MI. I miss the sinking in feeling, but my body feels a lot better sleeping on this hybrid. Luckily I was housesitting so I was able to let it “inflate” the full amount. I would listen to the recommendation to not sleep on it for the first few days until it’s fully lofted. It was wrinkly as you can see in this picture but became taut and fluffy on top after 3 days. I wish I ordered the extra thick foam but the 10 inch is still comfortable enough to not feel the springs. I just miss that foam sink in. I might buy a gel foam topper if I need to. All in all, great quality for the price and I’m hoping the springs will decrease sagging and provide better back support. The box is small but heavy, definitely follow the instructions to place on the bed before you open the wrapping with the included tool.. Anonymous. Mon Mar 23 2026
