I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022

Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. I wanted a mattress that was somewhat firm but had a pillow top. I found this. So far, and it has been a month, I love it. Nothing aches when I get up in the morning. I found the price to be quite reasonable and the quality to be good. I would recommend this mattress. The dog did not come with the mattress.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 24 2026

We have had this mattress for a couple months. Prior to this We had a Beautyrest mattress for 10 years. We got this model because the model we had is no longer available and they said this is the closest match to what we had. It feels comfortable. I do notice that there is a slight indentation in the mattress where I sleep. So far this is minor and doesn't affect my sleep or rolling over. I would assume that with all these layers of foam that there would be some compression. If this gets worse to the point where it is a problem I am hoping that the company will take care of it..
