Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. I wanted a mattress that was somewhat firm but had a pillow top. I found this. So far, and it has been a month, I love it. Nothing aches when I get up in the morning. I found the price to be quite reasonable and the quality to be good. I would recommend this mattress. The dog did not come with the mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 25 2026

6 years ago we purchased a cal king in med. At 230lbs, it was too soft for me but 150lb girlfriend was good. After a few years it developed a sag under her hips too. BB was very helpful, sent a new one in firm with pillow top. They also arranged pickup of old one. New model is better in every way, still soft enough for us (both side sleepers) yet excellent butt & hip support. Great cooling! I sleep hot, this is the first time a mattress felt cool & breathable. Pillow top is plush & bed looks great too. Improved edge support too. They seem to have re engineered it, a big step upwards. I’m amazed.
