I researched many mattresses before deciding on this one. It's for my guest room and won't get daily use, but I still wanted a good quality mattress, which this seems to be! So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The instructions say to give it 24-72 hours to be fully expanded, but I slept on it a few hours after I opened it, and it was still great.. Samantha. Usaf Academy, CO. Sun Sep 20 2026

Great quality mattress, giving it four stars only because, while the title indicates firm, the description on the sight rates it right in the middle of plush and firm-exactly at medium, which is what I wanted. I was able to buy a topper and I actually love that I have the firm support for my lower back and a little squish on top for comfort. The mattress is very well made, no sagging off the side of the bed when sitting, it didn’t have much of a smell when unboxing, fully “inflated” and aired out for a few days as instructed before easily plopping it onto the Wayfair foundation I bought to match!. I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026
