This mattress has truly been a great lifesaver for our back pain. My husband has a herniated disc and requires a very firm mattress. This did take a full 48 hours to completely get to its firmness, so don’t be discouraged after it compresses on the first day. He reports that his back pain has improved greatly, and I would strongly suggest this bed for those experiencing spinal issues. I am also sleeping with my baby and follow the safe seven sleep method which requires a very firm mattress. This mattress falls into the guidelines for safe co sleeping, and I’m ecstatic to find one in a great price point. We highly recommend this mattress. Updated review. I unfortunately have to remove one star as as I was waiting for the bed to expand. I realize that it was not expanding lengthwise. There are about 3 to 4 inches missing off the top and or bottom of the mattress. I purchased my bedframe off of Wayfair and the measurements are for 18 size bed. However, the mattress is missing a significant portion at the end. I have uploaded a photo so you can see how much shorter the bed is than an average king size.. Misty. Peru, IN. Sun Jul 27 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022

The bed is amazing. Extremely comfortable to sleep on. Does not disturb my partner when getting in and out of bed or changing positions during the night. It is extremely large and inflated all 12 inches. Couldn’t be happier. The bed frame is the SHA CERLIN velvet bed in queen from Amzn. Inflated in just a few short hours but gave it the full 72 just to get that last few mm out. Note The secret to getting all of the inches out of a foam mattress, especially in the corners, is to remove the foam from the mattress casing and let it rise without restrictions.. Abdul. I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I would say that this mattress is a tad over medium firm. I was also confused on which side to use it on for the best quality because it can be flipped on the white side or on the grey side. It's a nice mattress and if you like some stiffness in your mattress you would love this mattress.. Gabrielle. Maywood, IL. Sat Feb 01 2025

We purchased this up for our teenage daughter and set it up yesterday. She loves it! She said it was the most comfortable bed she’s ever had. It was ready to use out of the box. Shipping was super quick. This is very comfortable and a great deal. I wish I’d bought the same for our other beds. I highly recommend purchasing this mattress.recommend this mattress.. Kristy.
