So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I’m very satisfied with this mattress overall. It arrived extremely well packaged, with three layers of protective plastic wrapping, which I really appreciated. The mattress provides excellent support and has a very comfortable, body-contouring feel. It’s not quite as firm as I originally expected, but I would still describe it as being on the firmer side. Compared to a traditional spring mattress, it offers a more cushioned, hugging sensation with less bounce and responsiveness. I personally enjoy this feeling because it provides a nice balance between comfort and support. The overall quality feels very good, and I’ve been happy with my experience so far. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for good support with a comfortable, contouring feel.. Anonymous. Fri Nov 06 2026

I love this mattress can’t recommend it enough! The mattress is sturdy and holds my weight so well, it has dipped at all. It’s a good balance of being firm plush enough to sleep comfortably in.. Courtney N. Mon Oct 05 2026
