I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. I wanted a mattress that was somewhat firm but had a pillow top. I found this. So far, and it has been a month, I love it. Nothing aches when I get up in the morning. It is soft and very comfortable. I have back pain and mornings are always hard for me to get up and moving. Since I have switched to this mattress I do not wake up with any aches or pains! Just having to have emergency hamstring reattachment surgery to where I was laid up in bed for almost 6 weeks I was so afraid that I wouldn't be comfortable and not be able to get any rest to heal. That couldn't have been further from the truth. This mattress is firm and holds my body. I don't "sink in" like foam mattresses. It has just enough give in the padding on the very top so that you know you're not laying on " a board". I can only be comfortable being on firm mattresses and this is extremely helpful to my back and to my recovery for my hamstring. I wouldn't give this mattress up if God himself asked me for it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. This is the best mattress in I have owned in over 40 years, and at one time I sold mattresses. It is a little firm at first which is great for a heavy person that needs support. It is a very thick mattress which takes you several inches higher than most mattresses.
